"I met Ryanne Sullivan by chance when I went to a local open house. About six months later I gave her a call to inquire about listing our home. Prior to calling Ryanne, I had contacted two brokers, but they wanted to list our home for much less than I thought it was worth. I was not sure Ryanne would remember me, but she picked up the phone and cheerfully said, "Hello Marie!" From start to finish our experience with Ryanne Sullivan could not have been better. She is a great person to work with! Professional, personable, sharp, timely, has excellent negotiation skills,is ethical, and she has a great sense of humor! Ryanne worked with us to meet our needs by offering a Compass Private Exclusive prior to going live in the MLS. The professional photos and her presentation of our property, including the description were spectacular. She totally got it! Our home was unusual, not what I would describe as an easy sell, but she recognized what was most marketable and special about it and found a cash buyer within a few days. She negotiated with the buyer's agent and got top dollar for our home. Thankfully, we had to show it only once! The settlement was quicker than we expected, so Ryanne negotiated with the buyer’s agent to give us extra time to move out after settlement.
